Academic Counseling

Scheduling

At Escondido Charter High School, student scheduling is a thorough process that takes the entire spring semester to complete and includes input from both the student and parents. This process is designed to encourage students to thoughtfully plan their high school academic experience and to ensure each student is on track to meet his or her post-secondary goals.

Grades & Progress Reports

Parents and students are encouraged to log in frequently to the StudentVue and ParentVue portals to track their progress in each of their classes. Progress report grades will be posted four days after the end of a grading period, and report cards will be mailed home at the end of each semester. The end of each grading period can be found on the school calendar. To see what additional steps you can take to monitor grades, click here

Dual Enrollment (Palomar College)

All students at ECHS have the opportunity to take courses at Palomar College, while enrolled in high school, through the dual enrollment program. This program allows students to receive college credits for courses taken at Palomar College, while receiving high school credits at ECHS for the same courses.
